The One Camera Problem

Midnight Baking...A-gain
So obviously I’m baking after hours yet again, something about the quiet just makes me want to have my oven on. Maybe I’ll end up being a great professional baker since they show up at 3am to do their magic at the restaurants. First, I’m exploring the different culinary schools in the LA area, ideally I want to find a fast moving 7-9 month program that is NOT a line/prep cook program. It’s 1am. Everyone in the house is asleep except for one person….me. Why, might you ask? Because sometimes I stay up until I literally can’t stay up any longer to bake. Yes I said bake. Safe, though there were many hours of delays. Feels good to be able to start posting again. We went shopping already for groceries and I’m still basking in the NorCal/Napa foodie glow. Maybe I’ll just do Thanksgiving all over again…or not. For the last 6 days I’ve done nothing except eat, talk about eating, think about eating, and in the small breaks in between drink...
